Baldwin City, Kan.—Spire Cheer competed at the Baker Classic yesterday, Saturday February 21^st in the Collins Center on the campus of Baker University.

The USM squad finished with a final tally of 86.52 points on the afternoon in what was their final competition before they travel to York, Nebraska to give it their all in the KCAC Conference Championship. With this score, USM finished 3rd place overall as the top KCAC school, finishing only behind Saint Ambrose University in the Heart conference and Oklahoma City in the SAC. The 2026 KCAC Championships will start on Saturday, March 14^th at 9:00 a.m. on the campus of York University in the Freeman Center.
