2021 Outdoor: Helped the 4x800 meter relay team take first place at the Viking Classic in 8:04.28.
2021 Indoor: Took fourth place in the 1000 meters in 2:38.99 at the KCAC Indoor Championships.
2020 Indoor: Ran a personal best time in the 800 meter run of 2:05.80 at the Northwest Open.
2020 Cross Country: Ran a personal best time of 27:14.9 at the Mid-States Classic.
2019 Cross Country: Ran a personal best time of 27:46.3 at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open.
