Joe McGuire graduated from Shawnee Mission East High School in 2017, where he was on multiple State Champion teams as well as All-State honors. While at Saint Mary, Joe swam and was awarded the title of Captain his senior year and was a National Championship participant in his last semester with the team. Graduating in 2022 with a degree in Business Administration, Coach Joe spent his first year working in the Commercial Real Estate sector while coaching the Fort Leavenworth Lancers Swim Team. He was given the honor of Coach of The Year in 2022.
