Nolan Ryan enters his sixth season at The University of Saint Mary assisting with Cross Country and Track and Field Teams. After spending his first year as a graduate assistant with the programs, he was promoted to a full-time assistant coach, and entering his fifth year with the Spires, he will continue that role assisting with the Track/XC programs as well as coaching pole vaulters. He has helped assist the Spires with the great success the programs have accomplished the past three seasons with numerous KCAC team titles and several All-Americans.
Ryan comes from Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho, where he was an athlete. Ryan was an accomplished runner at L-C, having a successful career. He garnished three All-American award honors there. After graduating from L-C, Ryan spent a short stint helping Lindenwood University with recruiting tasks.
Ryan Graduated with a Bachelor's in Communications from Lewis-Clark and will complete his Master’s Degree with an MBA in the fall of 2020 from Saint Mary. Ryan is a native of Saint Peters, Missouri. Ryan currently lives in Lansing, Kansas with his wife Robyn.
