Jordan Reddick enters his second year coaching at USM, his first as the Defensive Coordinator. 

Reddick began his coaching career in the Great Lakes Valley Conference at Quincy University in 2022, coaching the Defensive Player of the Year, three All-Conference players, and one All-American. He then moved across the conference to Truman State, again coaching three All-Conference players, along with six Defensive Players of the Week. His defense with the Bulldogs was top 20 in D2 football in total defense, pass defense, and run defense. 

In 2024, Reddick moved to the high school level, becoming the Defensive Coordinator for Piper High School. He coached four All-Conference and All-State players, along with the #1 tackler in the 4A division. His work also helped four athletes obtain college scholarships.

Reddick returned to the college level in 2025, beginning his first year with the Spires. As the defensive back coach, he coached conference leaders in pass break ups, interceptions, and forced fumbles, tying multiple records and ranking top five in the NAIA.
