RJ is enters his second year as the linebackers coach for the Spires Football program. 

Prior to coaching at USM, Webster played running back for the Spires from 2021-24, earning All-KCAC First Team honors in 2024. That same season, he ran the football for 1,142 total yards, setting the single season rushing yards record.

Webster is from Aurora, Colorado, and is the son of Marsha and Raymond Sr.
