Saint Mary women's basketball played an exhibition contest at Rockhurst this weekend and came away with a 71-53 loss. The Spires trailed by six at halftime, but Rockhurst was able to pull away in the third quarter.
Three Spires scored in double figures in the loss. Imani White led the way with 12 points. Andrea McClary fiinished with 11 points and Imani Dixon had 10 points. McClary also had a team high seven rebounds. Ashley Hinkle had a team high three assists.
Saint Mary resumes play with another exhibition contest tonight against Missouri Western State at 6pm in St. Joseph, MO. The Spires are back in KCAC action on Thursday night at 6pm when they travel to take on Bethel in Newton, KS.
