Forest City, Iowa- The University of Saint Mary Women's Wrestling team competed in the Waldorf Open on Saturday.

GAME FLOW
130-pound Weight Class: Teya Villalpando lost both of her matches of the day. Teya lost 18-8 against Hidalgo from Jamestown University and then fell 12-2 against Murphy from Missouri Valley.

101-pound Weight Class: Shyanne Griffiths went 1-3 on the day. Shyanne lost her first three matches 10-0 against Caldera from Jamestown university, Couch from Waldorf University and Saavedra from Grays Harbor. Shyanne ended the day with a win, where she defeated Marlin from York College 10-0.

WHATS AHEAD FOR THE SPIRES
The Spires head to Marshall (Mo.) on November 18, where they will compete in the Missouri Valley Open.
