KANSAS —The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) is thrilled to announce that over 750 student-athletes competing in athletics in the conference in the Fall 2025 season earned the distinction of KCAC Scholar-Athlete. This honor recognizes excellence in the classroom by KCAC member student-athletes who are sophomores or above in academic standing at the beginning of the semester in which they compete, and carry a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA at the beginning of the semester in which they compete.

Football led all fall sports with over 200 honorees, followed by men's soccer, women's soccer, and volleyball, which each had over 140 scholar-athletes. Men's and women's cross country each saw over 30 student-athletes honored, as well. Each of the conference's fourteen full member institutions has at least 20 scholar-athlete honorees.
