Ian Keiderling first joined the University of Saint Mary women's basketball coaching staff in the 2026-27 season after serving as an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa.

During his time at Grand View, Keiderling gained valuable experience in collegiate coaching, recruiting, and player development while contributing to a program that made appearances in the NAIA National Tournament. His background in recruiting and commitment to student-athlete development reflect his passion for helping players grow both on and off the court.

A graduate of Graceland University, Keiderling began his coaching career at his Alma mater as a student assistant before moving on to Grand View. His experience across two NAIA programs has helped shape his understanding of collegiate basketball and the demands of competing at the collegiate level.
