Alma Mater: Southwest Baptist University

Mackenzie Skupa joins USM in her first season as the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. Prior to joining Saint Mary, Skupa was the Graduate Assistant Coach for Southwest Baptist University where she completed her Masters in Athletic Administration.

Previous to this Mackenzie completed her four-year career with the Bearcats making conference tournament appearances two of her four years, and earning her Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Art: Graphic Design.

Mackenzie is a native of Campbell, Nebraska and attended Silver Lake High School. She is the daughter of Steve & Jenny Skupa, and has two sisters Sydney and Abbie.
