Wichita, Kan. – The University of Saint Mary men's basketball team was unable to knock off 24th ranked Friends University Saturday night, as they fell 84-69.
The Spires are now 8-11 overall and 8-6 KCAC.
GAME FLOW
The Spires held their own against the nationally ranked Falcons team and only trailed by seven at halftime. Saint Mary was unable to close the gap despite three players scoring in double digits (Raylon Howard, Dan Hailey, and Cameron Southern) and shooting an incredible 92.9 percent as a team from the free throw line. The Falcons had an answer for everything and were able to pull away in the end.

Southern finished with a career-high 17 points along with two rebounds
