Box Score The University of Saint Mary Women's Soccer team opened up their 2025 season at home against a tough Park University squad, and came up short against the Pirates 0-4.

In the first half of the match, the Spires defended sturdily against the Pirates. Despite strong efforts, including key saves by goalie Angelica Quintana-Aficial, the Pirates managed a goal to lead 1-0 at halftime. The coordination and offensive plays by the Pirates, with Patrycia Kozak scoring the opening and ultimately game-winning goal, set back the Spires early in the game. The second half saw Park showcased strong offensive tactics that ultimately defeated the Spires' defenses.
